🔎 Role Summary
Responsible for logistics operations, SAP/ECUS data accuracy, and compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations. Supports liquidation activities and coordinates with global/local teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Compare monthly data between ECUS and SAP (ROH, HALP, FERT) and resolve discrepancies with related teams.
- Maintain liquidation processes in compliance with local laws.
- Coordinate material consumption norms, and update ROH/FERT registrations for customs and liquidation.
- Work with global logistics teams on forwarder nominations.
- Execute disposal of materials and assets per Vietnamese regulations.
- Support departmental goals in quality and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with 7S, KAIZEN, EHS, EICC/CSR, and company asset protection.
- Follow Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Economics preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing background preferred
- Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of manufacturing, import/export processes
- Understanding of customs regulations (local & international)
- SAP & ECUS familiarity (advantage)
- Strong computer and data analysis skills
- Good English (spoken & written)
- Skills in planning, problem‑solving, training, coaching
- Kaizen/continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of ISO, CSR, RBA requirements
