• Analyze business and system requirements, design test cases, execute test scenarios, and report software bugs;
• Participate in functional, performance, and UI testing;
• Prepare test documentation (Test Plans, Test Reports) and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality;
• Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and overall product quality;
• Participate in project meetings and work in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing;
• Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and test case design techniques;
• Proficient in working with databases and SQL;
• Experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, etc., and familiarity with performance and security testing;
• Ability to manage and report on the testing process, software quality, and test results;
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language is an advantage;
• Experience in automation testing, particularly with Playwright, is a plus;
• Good communication skills in English is a strong advantage;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based projects;
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility;
• Good teamwork and proactive communication skills.

Salary & Bonus

• Competitive salary range: VND 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 (negotiable based on ability);
