I/JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES
1/Leadership & Team Management (50%)
- Manage, mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of team, build capabilities within the team to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
- Establish standardized workflows, clear KPIs, and regular activity progress reporting.
- Motivate and coach team members to improve their effectiveness in managing publisher relationships and performance.
2/Affiliate Strategy & Publisher Relations(20%)
- Develop and execute an effective affiliate strategy that aligns closely with overall business objectives.
- Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, onboard, and optimize publishers, ensuring growth in both quantity and quality of affiliate partners.
3/Contract Planning & KPI Optimization(20%)
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate program KPIs, conversion performance, and revenue contribution by publisher.
- Propose actions to optimize revenue, ROI, CPC/CPA/Rev
- Share models, and drive implementation plans for growth.
4/Cross-Functional Collaboration(15%)
- Act as the liaison between the AM team and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech) to ensure effective campaign execution....
5/Reporting & Evaluation(5%)
- Standardize periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on affiliate campaign performance, team effectiveness, and results then proposed strategies to improve them.
II/JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Sale B2B, B2C/ Business Development/ Account Manager or similar roles within Mar-tech/AdTech.
- At least 2 years of people management experience leading.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and drive a team toward results.
- Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking platforms, incentive & revenue models.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and campaign performance reports.
- Excellent negotiation and partner relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills with publishers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proficient organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication, presentation and writing skills in English or Chinese or both.
NICE TO HAVE
- Preference for candidates with experience in affiliate/performance marketing or mobile app campaigns as an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
3/BENEFITS SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Base salary is upto 25.000.000 - 30.000.000 VNĐ + commission scheme.
- Meal (55.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month). Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
- Work directly with Vietnam's Leading industrial corporations: MBBank, Shopee, Techcombank.v.v.
