Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Software Developer to participate in the development of IT systems for various banking projects. As a Java Software Developer, you will be a key contributor in building and maintaining robust and scalable applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Java principles and experience with relevant frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the development and maintenance of IT systems specifically designed for banking projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and improve application stability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and methodologies.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver tasks on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented principles.
- Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks for building enterprise applications.
- Experience with database management systems such as MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Familiarity with development tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans, or similar IDEs.
- Experience working with Git and GitHub for version control.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Quick learner with strong analytical thinking skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (K8S); experience in building images is a plus.
- Experience in developing Internet banking, mobile banking, or payment systems is highly desirable.
