JOB DESCRIPTIONProject Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications
- Facilitate coordination between the internal teams (Business Consultant team, Delivery team, Pre-sales team) and all external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines
Team Collaboration:
- Engage with the Delivery team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects
- Ensure that the Delivery team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including: Project Plan; Minutes of Meeting (MoM); BRD/FRD; UAT Checklist; Go-live Checklist
- Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
- Manage issues, change requests, risks, and dependencies throughout the project
- From 1.5-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Assistant/PM Assistant in IT company
- Fluent English speaking since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (Vietnamese & English)
- Must-have: Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle: Kick-off → Analysis → Configuration → UAT → Go-live → Support, with experience in Odoo being preferred
- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Effective communication with all project stakeholders
- Focused and proactive follow-up; tactful in reminders and coordination without shifting responsibility
- Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
- Having the ability to research, time management, coordination, problem solving, etc
- Willing to learn, proactive, open mindset

Đồng Tháp là một tỉnh thuộc vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, nổi tiếng với sen Tháp Mười, làng hoa Sa Đéc và nền nông nghiệp trù phú. Trung tâm hành chính và kinh tế là TP.
