To manage and monitor the Industrial Services Department in North and Central Vietnam; including full P&L responsibility, team management, corporate and key client relationships; landlord and developer client relationships and business development; target to maximize the revenue for the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial
- Create, monitor, and implement expense and revenue budgets for the Hanoi industrial team for the following calendar year and endeavor to achieve or outperform the designed budget
- Team Management
- Provide leadership and direction to the Consultants ensuring the provision of a quality professional service to clients and meeting the objectives of the company quality standards
- Able to lead the team, source deals, close transactions, and ensure team KPIs are met
- Ensure the team comply with company policies & procedures
- Assign and evaluate work performance, including daily and weekly activity and revenue targets
- Assign tasks and projects to ensure that all enquires will be taken care of in a professional manner
- Manage the development of team members through effective training and strategic HR programs
- Develop and oversee overall policies, procedures, and lease standards
- Regularly travel to other cities/locations as necessary
- Build and maintain client relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors, and other partners
- Actively work with other departments in the company and encourage cross referrals
- Report to the Department HOD and Director of Savills Hanoi
- Actively canvass clients to identify their real estate requirements and promote Savills portfolio
- Attend at client meetings as required and provide professional advisory services/consultancy
- Manage relationships of key clients to identify their long-term needs
- Attend industry networking events and organize events to expand the tenant database/contacts
- Attend tenant & investor conferences in Vietnam and APAC to develop client relationships
- Identify tenant and investor representation opportunities
- Work closely with the Savills regional industrial teams in APAC and globally, as necessary
- Support Savills regional clients on their market entry or diversification to Vietnam
- Actively approach to achieve new exclusive and non-exclusive leasing & investment projects
- Provide independent professional advice to the company's clients on real estate matters including management, sales, leasing, property investment and marketing
- Work with MarCom team to develop and implement an effective marketing plan and budget to promote the department service line to all external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant media to promote the Industrial Services
- Support the company's marketing effort and enhance its reputation in the industry by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key customers and intermediaries
- Identify and target key development projects for exclusive appointments; develop and implement professional pitch and business development activities
- Ensure department representation at all relevant business functions, seminars, and conferences
- Lead team to achieve weekly & monthly BD targets, whether developer or occupiers & investor related
- Open for both Vietnamese and Expat
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree (Marketing/BA/Economics/Finance are preferable)
- Strong understanding of the Industrial Real Estate Market
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with customers in high levels.
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
- Min. 5 years of real estate experience with agency or developer
- Strong understanding of property and economic principles
- Strong skills in the negotiation of complex lease contracts
- The ability to manage a sizeable team of 5 to 10 staff
- Proficient English (both verbal and written)
