Position Title: Presales Consultant
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Product Managers: Deliver presales technical consultancy and solution design.
- Lead Customer Engagements: Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Develop Technical Documents: Analyze customer requirements and prepare solution proposals, architecture designs, and BOMs.
- Assist with RFP/RFI Responses: Support partner enablement, opportunity qualification, and tender compliance.
- Conduct Training Workshops: Provide training for partners/resellers and internal teams.
- Maintain Technical Certifications: Obtain and maintain certifications for relevant vendor technologies.
- Build Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company solutions to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Offer Market Insights: Support solution positioning and provide content recommendations.
- Support Business Growth: Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in presales, postsales, or technical consulting - ideally in network security, cybersecurity, or IT distribution.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network and cybersecurity technologies (network security, application security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity & access management, SIEM/SOAR).
- Hands-On Vendor Experience: Familiarity with security vendors like Splunk, BeyondTrust, Broadcom Symantec, Zscaler, and others.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Learning Agility: Fast learner with solid IT foundations and an understanding of solution-based selling & new technologies.
- Certifications: CEH, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications are a strong plus.
- Multitasking and Collaboration: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Language Proficiency: Good English, both written and spoken.

Mức lương lao động phổ thông trung bình từ 6–10 triệu đồng/tháng, còn vị trí kỹ thuật hoặc quản lý có thể đạt 12–20 triệu đồng/tháng. Một số công việc thời vụ như thu hoạch trái cây, làm vườn, hay bốc xếp hàng hóa được trả theo ngày khoảng 250k–400k/ngày.
Những nơi hay tuyển dụng gồm: nhà máy chế biến thủy sản, xưởng sản xuất gạo, công ty logistic, khu công nghiệp và trang trại nông sản. Ưu điểm là chi phí sinh hoạt thấp, việc làm ổn định quanh năm và môi trường thân thiện, gần gũi. Tuy nhiên, công việc thường mang tính mùa vụ và có thể chịu ảnh hưởng bởi thời tiết, đặc biệt là mùa nước nổi.
ĐBSCL là vùng giàu tiềm năng, phù hợp cho người muốn lập nghiệp trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, chế biến và dịch vụ du lịch sinh thái.
