- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, solution, delivery teams) to deliver optimal solutions and services to clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Manufacturing sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations or issues promptly and professionally.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering and other related majors is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Client Management in a B2B environment, preferably related to Manufacturing clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to deal with customer needs independently, and flexibly respond to market changes.
- Understanding of ICT infrastructure, Cloud, software, applications, security, and technology solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and common office software (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Customer-centric mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities.

Điện Biên là một tỉnh miền núi nằm ở vùng Tây Bắc Việt Nam, giáp với Lào và Trung Quốc, nổi tiếng với Chiến thắng Điện Biên Phủ năm 1954 – một dấu mốc lịch sử quan trọng của dân tộc.
