Mô tả Công việc
1. Content Creation
- Write and produce clear, attractive copy and visual wording across various formats, including social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, websites, email/CRM, product descriptions, scripts, captions, and micro-copy in both Vietnamese and English.
- Adapt content for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
- Create various scripts for sales presentations and other media formats, including MC scripts, sales presentation scripts, testimonial scripts, and interview scripts.
- Develop cross-platform content strategies and plan monthly content calendars for each social media platform based on page insights, marketing goals, and feedback from relevant departments.
- Identify new content opportunities based on trends and performance data.
2. Social Media Execution
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media channels.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant.
- Engage with audience comments and interactions when needed.
3. Collaboration & Production Support
- Work closely with designers, video creators, and motion editors to develop complete content packages.
- Prepare content briefs with clear objectives, tone of voice, key messages, and platform requirements.
- Support the creative process from ideation through execution.
4. Quality & Optimization
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
- Apply SEO best practices to long-form content.
- Monitor, build, and manage social media engagement rates.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and content standards.
