Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and customers to gather and analyze
requirements through meetings and workshops.
Document and communicate requirements via Business Requirement Definitions (BRD),
Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories with clear acceptance criteria,
wireframes/mockups, and other supporting materials.
Conduct presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and obtain sign-off on requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable items for the technical team; ensure all team
members clearly understand their roles and deliverables.
Work closely with project managers, developers, QA testers, and end-users throughout the
development lifecycle.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on business value and urgency.
Perform internal acceptance testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Facilitate UAT and act as a liaison for issue resolution.
Lead training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and
usage of delivered solutions.
Willing to joining in bidding proposals & new opps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience require
At least 3+ years of professional experience as a business analyst or a similar role
Work with US customers, ENGLISH fluent in Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading. (At least
IELTS 6.5 - 7.0 or TOEIC 800)
Knowledge of Agile Development framework and Data Project.
Proficiency in Power BI desktop application, services and related functions like DAX, Power
Query, and M language
Familiarity with building dashboards based on data from Excel, SharePoint or any kind of
common SQL databases
Having basic technical knowledge to effective communicate with development team.
Good UI/UX Mockup knowledge/experience.
Ability to working with a variety of people in various positions across different organizations,
including stakeholders, decision-makers, developers, testers, and project managers, supervisors.
