What you do
At Base, Fullstack Engineer is more than FE & BE. This is the path for engineers to grow rapidly into Product Engineers - professionals who understand the problem, design the solution, and take full ownership of the products they build.
You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including:
Understand user and business problems
- Analyze real user needs and business contexts
- Answer the core question: Why does this feature need to be built?
Design product and technical solutions
- Participate in proposing and discussing: Business logic & Technical solutions aligned with the product context
- Evaluate trade-offs between: Code quality; Performance; Scalability
Build products as a Fullstack Engineer
- Develop Frontend, Backend, and related components
- Ensure: High-quality, maintainable code; Product stability and scalability at production scale
Product ownership and responsibility
- Take ownership of one or more modules or features, including: Monitoring performance; Analyzing usage data; Listening to and responding to user feedback
- Proactively propose improvements based on data and real-world usage
Learn and grow with the team
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Be mentored by experienced Product Engineers and Tech Leads
- Continuously develop your: Engineering skills; Product mindse; System thinking

Who you are
We‘re looking for talented Software Engineers to join our team with below traits:
- Solid knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures.
- Strong knowledge and experience in using any programming language (PHP/Javascript is an advantage).
- Knowledge or experience in using Restful API, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON.
- Understanding of performance optimization or experience in real applications in production, serving large amounts of users and data - is an advantage.
- Product Ownership Mindset: A strong desire to build products, treating what you build as your own and taking full responsibility for its success.
- User-Centric Focus: More than just writing code - you seek to deeply understand end users and make technical decisions that optimize user experience and solve real problems end-to-end.

Tuyển dụng việc làm brse không kinh nghiệm là nhu cầu tìm kiếm nhân sự có khả năng làm cầu nối giữa khách hàng và đội ngũ phát triển phần mềm, ngay cả khi chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm thực tế. Các vị trí phổ biến gồm: BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) fresher/junior, IT Comtor (IT Communicator), thực tập sinh BrSE và nhân sự hỗ trợ dự án IT thị trường Nhật. Ngoài ra, một số công ty còn tuyển vị trí kết hợp giữa BrSE và QA hoặc quản lý dự án ở cấp độ cơ bản.
Kỹ năng yêu cầu: có nền tảng về công nghệ thông tin (cơ bản về lập trình, quy trình phát triển phần mềm) và khả năng tiếng Nhật tốt (thường từ N3–N2 trở lên). Kỹ năng giao tiếp, truyền đạt thông tin, quản lý công việc và làm việc với khách hàng là rất quan trọng. Ngoài ra, hiểu văn hóa làm việc của Nhật Bản và khả năng học hỏi nhanh sẽ là lợi thế lớn.
Mức lương trung bình từ 8–15 triệu đồng/tháng đối với ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm hoặc fresher, từ 15–30 triệu đồng/tháng khi có thêm kinh nghiệm và nâng cao trình độ tiếng Nhật. Một số công ty còn hỗ trợ đào tạo, trợ cấp học tiếng Nhật và có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng lên BrSE chuyên nghiệp.
Nơi tuyển dụng nhiều tập trung tại các công ty IT outsourcing, doanh nghiệp phần mềm làm việc với thị trường Nhật Bản và các trung tâm phát triển công nghệ. Ngoài ra, nhiều công ty hỗ trợ làm việc hybrid hoặc onsite tại khách hàng, tạo cơ hội phát triển kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm thực tế cho ứng viên.
