What You'll Be Doing And Learning
- You will work as part of our Energy CoE (Center of Excellence). You will contribute to the research and design of innovative digital solutions for various types of power grids (Japan, Thailand, Italy).
- You will also be involved in support Project Manager to drive consulting and project delivery services to customers, working closely with IT technical team to address power system perspective such as:
- Meter Data Management System, Advanced Meter Infrastructure, Smart Meters.
- Integrated energy management system for railways based on ISO 50001.
- Stray current detection/ partial discharge monitoring for railways.
- Technical support for sales processes, including pre-sales customer presentations and workshops, pilot projects, and engagement on customer challenges.
- Writing technical reports, papers and presentations to analyse the requirements and propose a technical solution for utilities clients
- Willing to learn software development process and project management, new technologies such as GenAI
- Fresh graduates/senior students in (or Working towards Master Engineering) in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Power System or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Must be fluent in English and/or Japanese (huge advantage) and be able to communicate effectively over teleconference and in face-to-face meetings.
- Committed to at least 4 months internship
- Must be a fast learner, with a willingness to develop knowledge in new areas and with an ability to conduct robust research.
- Utility, research or industry experience would be beneficial - in particular, experience or eager to learn in operations, planning and/or power system analysis
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking
- Effective working within a team.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Bắc Kạn là tỉnh miền núi thuộc vùng Đông Bắc Việt Nam, nổi tiếng với cảnh quan thiên nhiên hùng vĩ và nhiều di tích lịch sử, như hồ Ba Bể. Kinh tế Bắc Kạn chủ yếu dựa vào nông – lâm nghiệp, chế biến nông sản, và du lịch sinh thái.
Các vị trí việc làm phổ biến gồm: công nhân chế biến gỗ, trồng và thu hoạch cây lâm nghiệp, nhân viên bán hàng, kế toán, lái xe và hướng dẫn viên du lịch. Ngoài ra, các cơ quan hành chính, trường học, bệnh viện và doanh nghiệp địa phương cũng thường xuyên tuyển nhân sự.
Mức lương trung bình cho lao động phổ thông dao động từ 5–8 triệu đồng/tháng, trong khi nhân viên văn phòng hoặc kỹ thuật có thể đạt 8–12 triệu đồng/tháng. Một số công việc thời vụ như thu hoạch nông sản hoặc làm thuê tại xưởng được trả theo ngày khoảng 200k–300k/ngày.
Những nơi hay tuyển dụng gồm: các công ty khai thác khoáng sản, xưởng chế biến gỗ, hợp tác xã nông nghiệp và các điểm du lịch địa phương. Ưu điểm của việc làm tại Bắc Kạn là chi phí sinh hoạt thấp, môi trường trong lành và cơ hội phát triển du lịch đang tăng.
Tuy nhiên, cơ hội việc làm chất lượng cao còn hạn chế do ít khu công nghiệp và doanh nghiệp lớn. Bắc Kạn phù hợp cho người muốn làm việc ổn định, gắn bó lâu dài tại địa phương hoặc trong lĩnh vực nông – lâm nghiệp và du lịch.
