- Head of the Accounting team
- Review monthly tax returns, monthly financial statements, annual tax finalization dossiers, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare reports for the Board of Directors (BOD) and provide classified management information.
- Advise the BOD on all accounting and financial matters in compliance with the Company Charter.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies and accounting regulations.
Disseminate and guide the implementation of state-issued financial and accounting regulations within the accounting system. - Take responsibility for organizing the accounting structure and supervising accounting operations.
Develop and implement accounting procedures and workflows. - Supervise daily accounting operations, including cash receipts and payments, inventory transactions, sales accounting, banking transactions, bookkeeping, document retention, and issue resolution in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare annual budgets and capital management plans.
Develop and execute financial plans, including loan repayments, procurement payments, supplier settlements, and other liabilities.
Provide accounting data to tax authorities, statistical offices, and other government agencies. - Manage banking transactions and credit facilities; prepare business plans for banks when required.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable; resolve financial issues as they arise.
- Review statutory tax filings and financial reports before submission to authorities.
- Coach accounting staff on professional and work management skills.
- Implement training and development plans to build a competent accounting team.
- Regularly review and improve accounting systems, templates, controls, and regulatory compliance to align with the Company’s development stage.
- Ensure accounting processes meet the Company’s management requirements.
- Establish internal controls for operating expenses and capital expenditures (CAPEX), including fixed asset procurement.
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial and business performance data to support BOD decision-making; propose financial management policies for approval.
- Prepare monthly, annual, and ad-hoc business performance reports as requested by the BOD.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports for effective executive decisions.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the BOD.
- Proactively understand assigned duties and Company policies.
- Escalate issues within scope and propose solutions.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective execution of tasks
- Submit periodic performance reports to the BOD.
- Report and work closely with the Chief of People Strategy & TRansformation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Company information during and after employment
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in service companies, accounting/auditing firms, construction, architecture, or manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with analytical and evaluation capabilities.
Enthusiastic and confident with strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work under high pressure.
- High integrity, disciplined, proactive, and accountable.
