Mô tả Công việc
A. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Senior Quality Control Engineer for PCBA and Box-build, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality control measures and procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic components and assemblies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior quality engineers to support their professional growth and development.
B. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up the daily production process and represent customers to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), trends, top defects, pareto daily to take timely actions.
- Use systems to record product history, track and colabrate with cross-functional teams for effective action as well as correct due date.
- Release Process Instruction (PI)/ Visual Aids.
- Perform New Product Introduction (NPI) and create to submit First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Perform Material Review Board (MRB) on sustained/ mass production products.
- Perform Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process while recieved feedback from customers.
- Monitor and control activities might include in-process / final inspections/ customer feedbacks.
- Responsible for investigating and releasing 8D reports for customer feedback and internal issues.
- Handle Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Process Control Plan (PCP), Certificate of Compliance (CoC), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Review risk/ impact assessment to define the disposition of process non-conformance to control.
- Assure quality of process, maintain process conformance, and assure actual practices and process requirements are aligned.
- Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data, control chart and corrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of the corrective/preventative effort.
- Follow customer acceptance, field failure, Defects Per Million (DPM) to have improvement solution.
- Build, maintain and improve the documentation system of the quality department.
- Work with internal audit and external audit teams such as customers, ISO organizations, NADCAP, etc.
- Working closely with customers, driving quality meetings with foreign customers, directly receiving complaints, expansion requests, periodic quality reports and quality improvement suggestions to customers.
- Lead program of continuous improvement, lean 6 sigma, DMAIC, etc.
- Responsible for the main training for the team on the standards of quality and workmanship.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
3. Others:
- Good at English in 4 skills.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations (e.g. IPC-A-610, ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Gage R&R, Cpk, Control Chart tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified and demonstrated success leading Six Sigma projects is preferable.
- Familiar with high end product such as Aerospace, Medical devices is an advantage.
