- You jump into discovery calls, translate business needs into technical approaches, validate feasibility, and advise both clients and internal teams across a wide range of technologies, from full-stack to large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive C-level advisory and architecture decisions across diverse, large-scale domains, including cloud, data, enterprise systems, and full-stack development
- Lead technical discovery, evaluate system requirements, estimate effort, identify risks, and provide options that balance speed, cost, and quality.
- Act as a principal-level consultant for clients, explaining complex technical concepts in human language and shaping the right solution for their goals
- Represent technology in client conversations, proposals, pitches, and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery Teams to ensure a smooth process from solution design to execution
- Stay up to date with modern technologies and help teams adopt the right tools, frameworks, and practices
- Support internal capability growth by mentoring engineers and uplifting overall technical maturity
- Demonstrated hands-on experience across multiple domains, including deep knowledge in areas like web, mobile, enterprise systems, cyber security, data, cloud, DevOps, and the ability to apply this expertise to diverse business challenges
- Experience in shaping solutions, advising clients, or supporting pre-sales in a technology-driven company
- Ability to translate messy business requirements into clean technical specification
- Confident communicator who can simplify complexity without losing accuracy
- Comfortable working in an AI-first environment, with the ability to evaluate AI-driven approaches, understand their implication, and advise clients on when AI adds real value
- Industry visibility through speaking, writing, training or thought leadership. Someone who can represent Gradion’s expertise with credibility and maturity
- Someone who can operate with empathy, and trust, especially in cross-department collaboration
- A candidate who can comfortably switch between client-facing consulting, technical advisory, and internal engineering discussions
