• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner during Room Service deliveries.
• Deliver Room Service orders accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
• Be familiar with the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
• Ensure food and service items are presented in a clean, hygienic, and appealing manner.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally.
• Follow hotel standards, policies, and health & safety regulations.

• Physically fit and able to lift, push, or pull items up to 23 kg.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic calculations.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Articulate – a warm, welcoming, and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
