• Actively source potential candidates through job platforms, social media, and databases.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates against target KPIs.

Interview Coordination (15%)

• Arrange and confirm interview schedules

• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Job Posting & Branding (15%)

• Create and promote job postings across various platforms to attract top talent.

• Assist in designing job advertisements to enhance employer branding.

Candidate Database Management (10%)

• Track and update candidate information in the recruitment database.

• Maintain organized records to support a data-driven hiring approach.

1. Senior student or fresh graduate with a background in HR, Economics, or Business Administration.

2. Conservation in English is required.

3. Passion for HR and talent acquisition.

4. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork mindset.

5. Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Available to work full-time for 3 consecutive months
