- Create suitable schedule of activity in resort for Regent Kids

- Ensure that activity programs and equipment are running and are used properly, operation, maintenance and cleanliness of all areas are in the absence of supervisor and staff.

- Directs and controls all subordinate associates to ensure that day to day operational matters is handled on time and guest expectations are met

- Ensure that the Regent standards (Ford’s travel Guide) are fully implemented, maintained, and exceeded throughout the departments to reach guest satisfaction.

- Assist the Recreation Manager in delivering the highest standards of service throughout the department ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

- Support each operational department during peak times to ensure personalized and professional service to our guests at all times.

- Give exceptional service to go beyond the expectations of all guests.

- Make sure at the end of the day all equipment is checked and collected back to store and cleaning it by all staff

- Ensure that all activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for each of the individual kid's clubs making the best use of the environment and equipment available.

- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and activities for kids

- Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required.

- Assist and performance additional task given by Recreation Manager or Management Board
