JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced B2B Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development professionals to support the growth of our group’s businesses.

The company operates through different subsidiaries and business units across industries including:

• Heavy Industrial Equipment & Engineering Solutions
• Pharmaceutical & Personal Care Solutions
• Chemical & Process-related Solutions

Candidates are not required to have experience in all of the above industries. Based on each candidate’s previous industry experience, technical background, customer network, and level of seniority, suitable profiles will be matched with the most relevant subsidiary/business unit during the interview process.
Location: Hanoi, Hochiminh City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new B2B customers and manage existing accounts within the assigned market.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting, quotation and negotiation to order/contract closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with Technical, Product and other internal teams to support customer requirements and project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while building long-term customer relationships

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of B2B Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development experience.
• Relevant experience in heavy industrial equipment, pharmaceutical/personal care, chemical, or other technical solution industries is preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturers, factories, EPC contractors, or project-based B2B customers is an advantage.
• Strong customer development, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good English communication
• Prior experience in leading or managing a small sales team is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business activities when required.
