• Be the first impression and important representative image for the resort. Make guests happy and comfortable by warmly welcoming them, providing services, and communicating effectively
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently
• Provide all check‑in/check‑out information to the Restaurant, Spa, Housekeeping, Activity, and Security Departments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Take guests to view the room and introduce facilities if required
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
• Arrange shuttle bus service to pick up and drop off guests from the airport and harbor
• Manage reservations and update booking systems
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy
• Report daily guest stay information to the police via online and offline systems
• Sell resort services such as boat trips, spa services, tours, sun cream, postcards, brochures, toothpaste, etc.
• Perform stock control (sun cream, postcards, toothpaste, brochures, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and issue invoices accurately
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

• Service charge from 1,000,000 VND/month
• 10% monthly bonus on contracted gross salary

Yêu cầu công việc

• English proficiency
• At least 01 year experience in related fields
• Hospitality certification is a plus
