Mô tả công việc

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery at the restaurant
Develop and implement staff training programs, with a focus on structured plans during low season periods
Manage booking inquiries and coordinate with small event groups via email and phone to ensure seamless organization
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely supply of restaurant essentials
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service in accordance with company policies
Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal offers, special events, and increase customer engagement
Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

10% monthly bonus on contracted gross salary

Yêu cầu công việc

Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervision, service techniques, and guest interaction
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technical skills
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, including handling sensitive situations with patience and diplomacy
Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations during peak hours
Ability to access and accurately input data using moderately complex computer systems
Attention to detail
High adaptability and customer focus
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure overall guest satisfaction
