Laguna Vietnam

1. Manage all golf reservations including individual and group bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

2. Monitor daily and liaise with agents bookings.

3. Coordinate and issue booking confirmations, vouchers, and related documentation in a timely manner.

4. Assist on issuing agent/group contracts.

5. Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring all booking details are accurate and up to date.

6. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, caddie, transport, events, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

7. Work closely with the finance department on booking payments, invoicing, and reconciliation.

8. Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork, reports, and administrative documents as required by management.

9. Deliver timely accurate reports as required by the clubs management.

10. Assist the general manager primarily with issuance and control of vouchers.

11. Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries as needed.

12. ALWAYS maintain and protect the clubs private information that you have access too.
