We are seeking a talent for QHSE Manager in Oil/Gas industry with details:

1. Quality Management:
   • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
   • Oversee quality assurance and control processes for all operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
   • Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure continuous improvement and certification compliance.
2. Health and Safety Management:
   • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001.
   • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for oil and gas operations.
   • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
   • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
3. Environmental Management:
   • Establish and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in line with ISO 14001 standards.
   • Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
   • Develop and implement programs for waste management, pollution prevention, and energy efficiency.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure all operations comply with local, regional, and international QHSE regulations and standards.
   • Prepare regular QHSE performance reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
   • Maintain records of inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
5. Team Leadership and Training:
   • Lead and manage the QHSE team, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and goals.
   • Provide guidance and support to site managers and employees on QHSE matters.
   • Organize training sessions on QHSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
6. Incident and Emergency Response:
   • Develop and implement emergency response plans for oil and gas operations.
   • Coordinate with local authorities, clients, and contractors during emergencies.
   • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
   • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
2. Experience:
   • At least 8-10 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
   • Strong understanding of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and industry-specific standards.
3. Skills and Competencies:
   • Strong leadership and team management skills.
   • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Proficiency in QHSE management systems and reporting tools.
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
4. Language Proficiency:
   • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
