Mô tả Công việc

Develop and expand strategic customer accounts within the fertilizer, micronutrient, biostimulant, agricultural formulation, and agrochemical manufacturing sectors.
Identify and map key decision-makers, manufacturing capabilities, formulation needs, technical challenges, and innovation priorities of target customers.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and qualify opportunities for specialty agricultural ingredients and value-added technical solutions.
Manage the entire technical sales process, including customer discovery, solution development, sample coordination, product trials, technical support, commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, and product commercialization.
Collaborate closely with global suppliers, customers, internal technical teams, regulatory specialists, supply chain, and management to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline with defined opportunity stages, action plans, commercial potential, and expected timelines.
Gather and provide market intelligence on customer demand, competitive activities, pricing trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
Achieve assigned targets for revenue, gross margin, project commercialization, and strategic account development.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development.
Hands-on experience with agricultural ingredients, fertilizer additives, micronutrients, biostimulants, adjuvants, agricultural surfactants, or specialty agrochemicals.
Demonstrated success in developing new customer accounts and converting technical opportunities into commercial business.
Established relationships with fertilizer manufacturers, agrochemical producers, agricultural formulators, or other relevant industrial customers in Vietnam.
Strong capabilities in customer needs assessment, communication, negotiation, and project management.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Vietnam.
English communication skill
