Key Responsibilities:

• To clean chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, A/C controls, exhaust, and ventilation systems running smoothly.
• To check cold rooms, fridges, ice machines, etc periodically and keep them in tip-top condition.
• Hot and cold-water supply systems, fire and freshwater tanks, etc.
• Checking periodically and recording of fresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (minimum) water level is maintained at all times.
• Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment.
• Piping leakage, fire, piping, sprinkler, hose reel, wet risers, leakage due to structural defect.
• Report immediately any malfunction of equipment or unusual sights to his superior and take action accordingly.
• Masonry work such as wall and floor tiles, bathtub, toilet bowl, and wash basin.
• Swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.
• Attend to function order requests such as setting a tent, sound system, lighting, etc.
• Respond & attend to fire alarms or emergencies as the occasion arises.
• Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance & cleanliness

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate, and make sound business decisions regarding questions such as problem-solving.
• At least 2 years of experience handling and managing the Maintenance operation in the same position in an international hotel.
• Technical Degree
• Certification/ license: yes
• Must be familiar with all hotel procedures, and regulations.
