Thực hiện ghi chép, lưu trữ tài liệu, kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc và hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên mới nhằm duy trì hoạt động phòng thí nghiệm hiệu quả, chính xác và tuân thủ quy trình.

Trách nhiệm chung

• Tiếp nhận mẫu thông qua hệ thống login và đảm bảo ghi nhận đầy đủ.
• Chụp ảnh mẫu thử với chất lượng cao phục vụ báo cáo và lưu trữ.
• Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật viên trong việc thực hiện các thử nghiệm cơ bản.
• Chuẩn bị mẫu thử, dụng cụ và thiết bị trước khi tiến hành thử nghiệm.
• Đảm bảo vệ sinh, trật tự và tuân thủ các quy định an toàn trong phòng thí nghiệm.
• Quản lý, vệ sinh và bảo dưỡng các dụng cụ, thiết bị thử nghiệm.
• Theo dõi và quản lý vật tư tiêu hao trong phòng thí nghiệm.
• Ghi chép, thu thập và sắp xếp tài liệu, hồ sơ thử nghiệm.
• Kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc, thiết bị; phát hiện và báo cáo sự cố kịp thời.
• Hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân viên trợ lý phòng thí nghiệm mới.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
