The purpose of this role is to define and deliver a proactive recruitment plan that satisfies the demands of Dentsu brand(s), sharing recruitment expertise and knowledge with HR and hiring managers to promote direct hiring of the best talent.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities :

Recruitment

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Understand the structure of brands and their business to consult and provide solution for recruitment plan.
Manages the recruitment process from end to end, including role advertisement and supporting the offer management process.
Utilizes appropriate direct sourcing channels (e.g. internet job boards, social media) to target and attract candidates.
Develops a detailed understanding of Brands in market/region/global and the external media and digital landscape to better support recruitment activity.
Ensures all vacancies are formally approved and reinforces this message in conversations with hiring managers and HR.
Update the report in & out for recruitment tracking.

Coordinate with HR team for employee engagement activities

HRIS System

Tracking and update the candidate profile on Workday
Create and keep tracking talent pool on Workday

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree.
At least 4:5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a good mix of in-house and agency experience, preferably within Marketing/ Advertising or related industries
Have experiences in managing complex recruiting roles and working with expat Head of Departments/Stakeholders from various backgrounds
Experience in using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Ease working independently as well as collaboratively
Proven ability to effectively manage projects
Demonstrates resiliency working in an environment of ambiguity, constant change, and conflicting priorities
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
