MANAGE OPERATIONS

• Track KPIs (k- Factor/project progress): Track daily operational indicators such as the number of employees, working hours, labor costs, and output.
• Cost Management: Control overtime time, number of personnel, and purchase proposals of the production department to ensure everything is on schedule and labor costs are within budget. In some cases of budget overrun, it is necessary to report to the direct manager for approval.
• Reporting: Check the KPIs weekly and contact the Finance department if any irregularities are detected.
• Event Coordination:

- Organize monthly meetings and quarterly workshops, including party booking, venue finding, program content.

- Make payment of expenses for meetings and events with the Accounting department.

• Administrative work:

- It is the point of contact between direct management and internal/external departments.
- Administrative support such as drafting internal notices, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Scheduling meetings and recording meeting minutes.
- Manage data, records, and documents. Examine and review the contents of documents before submitting them to managers for approval.
- Remind managers of important tasks and deadlines. Prepare materials, presentations, and training content.
- Communicate the necessary information to stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.

• NON BOM/ Admin Warehouse Management: Closely monitor and follow up with the warehouse of young BOMs and stationery,... and track the department's daily Headcount.

MANAGE PEOPLE

1. Performance Management

• Set performance targets and KPIs aligned with production objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure accountability for production output, efficiency, and quality performance.

2. Career Development

• Train and develop team members on production control processes, scheduling execution, and operational discipline.
• Build multi-skilled capability within the team to support flexible operations.
• Support career development plans aligned with department and business needs.

MANAGE & DEVELOP RELATIONSHIP

• Coordinate with Planning, Material, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Manufactured Engineering teams.
• Support quality control activities and corrective actions related to production issues.
• Align with Planning team on schedule changes and capacity adjustments.
• Build strong working relationships with supervisors, line leaders, and operators.

• Education & Major: Bachelor's degree.
• English level: Proficient English.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Microsoft office.
• At least 1 year experience to develop the operational execution, production control, shopfloor leadership, and problem-solving skills necessary for this position.
