Production Manager has the responsibility for the production at a specific location and have accountability for delivering against our key production KPIs: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Delivery, so you'll be someone who has a real drive to see a sea of greens against your KPIs scorecard. Production Manager will work on shift basis depending on the business requirements.

· Secure production is run in a safe manner preserving people integrity first.

· Ensure all products are produced following the food and health standards as well as the agreed customer specifications and acting in line with all food and health legislation.

· Daily/shift basis allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Control and minimize labour, overtime, …

· Manage daily or shift production operations in the facility to secure that efficiency is maximised.

· Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

· In charge of production control and materials control; Ingredients & packaging handling; logistics & despatch

· Delivery of an efficient lean factory driving cost savings and efficiency improvement

· Other duties will be assigned when required
