• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager/Relevant positions in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading large multicultural teams, conflict resolution, and motivational leadership.
• Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L analysis, food cost percentages, and revenue management.
• Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends, fine dining service protocols, and wine/beverage pairing.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for seamless corporate reporting and international guest relations.
• Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving agility, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work under high-pressure situations.
