JOB PURPOSE:

Support Laboratory Operations by being the point of contact for the Laboratory regarding Information System and participate in transformation and improvement projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Digital Solutions Implementation: Assist in developments and maintenance of LIMS to address operational and administrative challenges, and streamline day-to-day operations.

2.Master Data Management: Handle and manage change requests for master data.

3.Software & IT Solutions: Utilize various software tools to support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems in laboratory and healthcare settings. Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist with troubleshooting live system issues, minimizing downtime, and reducing impacts on product release or validation timelines. Take responsibility for LIMS Standard Operating Procedure.

4.Complaint Support: Handle Complaints and Queries regarding LIMS, and help resolve issues raised by both internal and external stakeholders quickly.

5.Lab Improvement Projects: Participate in Lab Improvements Project and other tasks assigned by Lab Management.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Healthcare Informatics, Information Science, Health Information Management, Computer Science; Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.

Experience: 

• Prefer person with experience in design, development and implementation of health information system (HIS).

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, with a focus on HIS / LIS, device integration, and HL7/FHIR.

• Experience working with IT solutions, comfortable with software implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, standards, and regulations

Skills: 

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing plans

• Able to communicate in English as business level
