The Temporary Procurement Executive (Non-Inventory) will be responsible for executing the end-to-end purchasing process for non-inventory items, administrative supplies, equipment, and services. This short-term role ensures that all internal departments are seamlessly supported with their operational needs while maintaining cost efficiency, speed, and strict compliance during the contract period.

· Non-Inventory Procurement Execution: Handle the full purchasing cycle for indirect materials, office/lab supplies, IT equipment, marketing materials, and fixed assets. Process RFQs, analyze and compare quotations, negotiate prices/commercial terms, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).

· Delivery & Service Tracking: Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and fulfillment of services. Resolve any issues regarding damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or service delays.

· Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with various internal departments (MKT, HR, IT, Lab/Operations) to clarify purchase requests, technical specifications, and urgency.

· Supplier & Contract Management: Maintain relationships with current vendors and source new local/global suppliers for non-inventory categories. Review vendor performance based on delivery time, cost, and service quality.

· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all fast-paced procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Maintain neat, accurate, and up-to-date procurement records and reports.

Experience:

• Min 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, specifically focusing on Non-Inventory / Indirect Procurement (CAPEX, OPEX, Admin, IT, or Marketing sourcing).
• Experience in the Laboratory, Diagnostics, or Healthcare industry is a strong plus.
• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse internal teams.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) for international sourcing and paperwork.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a major advantage for a quick start.
