Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team at Diag, one of the leading medical laboratories in Vietnam, as the Head of Legal and Compliance. As the Head of Legal and Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal and compliance matters within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Diag operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive legal and compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team and other departments on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

- Monitor and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare and medical laboratory industry, and proactively address any potential legal risks or issues.

- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

- Develop and deliver training programs on legal and compliance matters to employees, ensuring understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring effective management of legal matters and representation of the organization's interests.

- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee investigations into any potential legal or compliance violations, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and necessary reporting is conducted.

- Manage and supervise a team of legal and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of legal and compliance initiatives.
