POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Brand Communications Manager at Gene Solutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating our brand identity and messaging across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding and communication initiatives that resonate with our target audience, drive brand awareness, and support our growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.

• Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and press releases. Collaborate with internal teams to generate content that reflects our expertise and showcases our genetic testing solutions.

• Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with regional media outlets and journalists to secure positive coverage and press opportunities. Draft press releases and manage media inquiries effectively.

• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and SEO, to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.

• Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and webinars to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.

• Social Media Management: Manage and curate content on our social media platforms to maintain an active and engaged online community.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine our messaging and branding strategies.

• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Category, Medical, Sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.

• Budget Management: Manage the budget for branding and communications initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
