- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize room rates and revenue.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the hotel's executive team- Degree of Hospitality Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management within the hotel industry.
- Understanding of PMS, Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
