BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB
This position will be responsible for managing the compensation and benefits activities of Contingent workers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and employee satisfaction, while also ensuring a centralized payroll process. This role serves as the primary responsible person, coordinator, and compliance expert for contingent compensation matters at the local level.
OUTSOURCE PAYROLL
- Act as the owner of outsourced payroll throughout the payroll processing process.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll through verification, approval, and error resolution.
- Coordinate payroll cycles, cutoff dates, and approvals with the HRSS team.
- Ensure payroll data, reports, and documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and audits.
SHUI OPERATIONS
- Accurately calculates statutory insurance contribution, including social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, for the company and the employees respectively in strict compliance with the Law on Social Insurance.
- Ensures adequate and transparent records of statutory insurance contribution amounts for reconcile with both the government social insurance company and the Finance Department.
- Makes payment of statutory insurance to the government in a timely manner.
- Adequately and timely administers insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, etc.) by the company employees.

- Administers the premium healthcare program on the country level.
- Consults HRLT on employee well-being improvement/trend in related to the SHUI and Employee Physical/Mental Health.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
- Ensures all employee benefits programs are conducted correctly and in full compliance with company policies.
- Be in charge of developing and implementing benefit initiatives to enhance the company's benefit competitiveness.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, Finance/ Accounting, or related fields, preferably in HR Management and Law
Working Experience: 2+ years of professional working experience with Payroll/C&B function in a medium-sized company
• Skilled in payroll processing, with proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to use English for work at an intermediate level.
• Good understanding of HR processes in payroll and other compensation and benefits administration.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, and global team environment.
