As a Product Owner Intern at CODE LEAP, you will be embedded within a team to work on key projects that drive product development and improve our services. This internship aims to provide a well-rounded learning experience, enabling you to acquire practical skills that align with your career goals.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Assist in coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Support internal communication and effective collaboration within the team.
- Help manage backlogs and new requests under the guidance of product owners.
- Assist in resolving minor conflicts and removing obstacles, escalating more significant issues to senior team members.
- Facilitate communication between the Vietnam and German teams, providing support where needed.
- Assist teams in implementing changes effectively and help optimize development processes under guidance.
- Support the team in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Learn and assist in guiding development teams towards higher Scrum maturity.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Must have relevant previous internship experience as a Product Owner intern/ BA intern
- Familiarity with software development life cycle
- Knowledge of PO technique and Scrum artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
- You have a business mindset or product mindset
- You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver.
- Proficiency in the English (IELTS above 6.5 or CEFR B2+)
- Some experience with software development processes
- Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation, evidenced by previous projects or coursework (e.g academic projects, internship experiences, or personal hobby projects,..)
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Real-world experience in software development within a fast-paced industry.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, truyền đạt thông tin, quản lý công việc và làm việc với khách hàng là rất quan trọng. Ngoài ra, hiểu văn hóa làm việc của Nhật Bản và khả năng học hỏi nhanh sẽ là lợi thế lớn.
Mức lương trung bình từ 8–15 triệu đồng/tháng đối với ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm hoặc fresher, từ 15–30 triệu đồng/tháng khi có thêm kinh nghiệm và nâng cao trình độ tiếng Nhật. Một số công ty còn hỗ trợ đào tạo, trợ cấp học tiếng Nhật và có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng lên BrSE chuyên nghiệp.
Nơi tuyển dụng nhiều tập trung tại các công ty IT outsourcing, doanh nghiệp phần mềm làm việc với thị trường Nhật Bản và các trung tâm phát triển công nghệ. Ngoài ra, nhiều công ty hỗ trợ làm việc hybrid hoặc onsite tại khách hàng, tạo cơ hội phát triển kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm thực tế cho ứng viên.
