• Supervise daily stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and F&B areas.
• Oversee cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas.
• Assign tasks, train staff, and prepare duty rosters for stewards.
• Control inventory and ensure proper handling of china, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
• Support buffet and event setup, breakdown, and equipment handling.
• Monitor reports (breakage, chemical usage, inventory) and control costs.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stewarding; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
