ROLE OVERVIEW

Junior Client Account Executive is responsible for their own individual brands, to bring their ideas and concepts to life in the most efficient and effective manner. Their main responsibilities include overseeing their brands communication, liaising with the Commercial Strategy Senior Manager on any brand updates, opportunities or business. The Client Account Manager 's are there from start to finish and their focus is on their clients to ensure they are happy with the quality, service, price and lead-time that UA are offering whilst also selling. They are to guide and control process when running order of team underneath. Client Account Manager will report to the Commercial Strategy Senior Manager and their small team will consist of Client Account Manager, Senior Merchandisers, Merchandisers and/or Junior Merchandisers

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage revenue & development budgets to align with annual targets and brand growth forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers; relay key client updates to internal teams.
• Coordinate payment plans with Finance and ensure PO units, pricing, and timelines align with forecasts.
• Support sales tools preparation with Innovation & Development team for new and existing customers.
• Organize cross-functional meetings to review new tech packs and line sheets; align teams on sample next steps.
• Analyze and negotiate costing to meet target margins; flag non-compliant costing and coordinate resolution meetings if needed.
• Manage costing submissions and lead times to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate sample and bulk order execution; track PO issuance and shipment targets.
• Review forecast vs actual orders; confirm EX-factory dates with Planning and customers.
• Issue meeting recaps with action items and follow-up plans.
• Ensure accurate use of company branding and documentation.
• Work with Innovation team on customer scorecard updates for risk assessment and gap identification.
• Review post-shipment performance (order–cut–ship) and record customer complaints.

Education: University degree or above.

Experience

• Experiences 1-2 years of same level in garment field
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Production and garment knowledge.

Skills:

• Able to communicate in English to key stakeholders outside of country
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key personnel within Un-Available and Un-Available’s customer network.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Time management - Work smart/efficient/focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
