- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastries, puffs, tarts and some modern new creation recipes

- Able to produce all baked goods including but not limited to cupcakes, sponge cakes, mousse cakes, pound cakes, laminated puffs, sugar tarts Eclairs, Flaky puff pastries and etc

- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen

- Ensure excellent quality in the production of pastry products

- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

- Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting

- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking and baking

- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately

- Alowance for sailors who work in Phu Quoc;

- Provided with 3-star standard rooms;

- Provided with 3 meals a day and have a shuttle when going to work;

Experience: 1 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area or 1-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

- Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating
