Mô tả công việc
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
Responsible for team quality and performance
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Ensure smooth run between Sales team and other department

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree of Sales & Marketing/Hospitality or relevant
Extensive knowledge of sales & marketing strategies and practices
Outstanding English communication in both written and verbal
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software
Min 3-year experience in DOSM positions
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
