Job description

1. Create and manage the adaptive delivery plan. Ensure it is integrated to the wider tribe end-to-end release plan.

2. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and continuous improvements plans.

3. Provide status reports regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issue, communicating across leadership.

4. Coach teams towards being self-organised for Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

5. Manage the team capacity and negotiate priorities, timelines with Product Owners and other business stakeholders

6. Liaise with onshore/offshore engineering teams, business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of process.

7. Accountable for the quality of Agile / Scrum ceremonies.

Your skills and experience

1. Experience in Agile / Scrum; RUP methodology/working process.

2. Having working experiences in US market (ECommerce, Banking industry).

3. At least 1 year working experience in Scrum Master experience.

4. Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Able to communicate with internal stakeholders and client expectations from the outset.

5. Well handle conflict among team members understands the business goals. be a good communicator, foresee problem. which all are your strengths.

6. Good logical & analytical problem resolution skills.

7. Adapt to change, willing to change, prepare everything to be ready to support changes.

8. Have a systematic mindset know how to scale calm and tactics continuous learning mindset.

9. Good English
