• Supervise daily income audit operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of hotel revenue.
• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Review and reconcile revenue transactions between PMS, POS, and other integrated systems.
• Verify room, F&B, banquet, and other revenue postings, including complimentary rooms, rebates, discounts, and adjustments.
• Monitor cash handling, bank deposits, guest ledgers, and revenue reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, VAT reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• Conduct regular audits of operational processes and provide recommendations to strengthen revenue controls and compliance.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, supervise the Income Audit team, and support management with ad hoc projects and continuous process improvements.

2. At least 2-year experience in income auditing and experiences in supervisory level is a plus
