• Prepare and cook authentic Russian dishes according to standardized recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, portion size, and consistency of all Russian cuisine dishes.
• Handle and prepare ingredients properly, including meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, and seasonings.
• Follow daily menus, production schedules, recipes, and instructions from the Chef.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
• Monitor food quality and freshness and report any quality or stock issues to the Chef.
• Minimize food waste and control food costs through proper preparation, storage, and portion control.
• Assist with menu preparation, recipe development, and Russian cuisine specials when required.
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service and timely food production.
• Support buffet, à la carte, banquet, and special-event operations as assigned.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of food products according to hotel standards.
• Assist with stock taking and inventory control when required.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety, occupational health and safety, and fire safety.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chef.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Russian cuisine or a similar culinary environment.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, restaurant, or international kitchen is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Russian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural culinary team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Culinary certificate or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• Knowledge of English or Russian language is an advantage.
