Mô Tả Công Việc
- Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management;
- Head up a team of Merchandisers to manage production or offshore areas;
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues;
- Regional coordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation;
- Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal coordination with departments;
- Market research, sourcing;
- Work closely with other department and 3rd parties to make sure all the order are completed on time;
- Attend and participate in company operational meetings.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Over 10 years merchandising experience;
- Good command of English and sound PC knowledge;
- Understand about fabrics (Woven & Knits, Woven shirt);
- Good English in writing and communication;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and good organizational skills;
- Have ability in costing, sourcing & development;
- Work independently under high pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel
- Good command of English and sound PC knowledge;
- Understand about fabrics (Woven & Knits, Woven shirt);
- Good English in writing and communication;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and good organizational skills;
