Mô Tả Công Việc
- Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
- Regional coordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation.
- Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal co-ordination with departments.
- Coordinate with Technical, QA team, 3rd parties to meet standards and insure the right commercial decisions.
- Attend and participate in company operational meetings.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Understand fabrics (Woven & Knits, Woven shirts).
- University graduate in related field.
- With 7-9 years' relevant experience in sourcing & merchandising (from sampling to bulk), preferably in sizable trading companies/ buying offices.
- Good English in writing and communication, Chinese is advance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and good organizational skills.
- Have ability in costing, sourcing & development.
- Work independently in high pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel.
- University graduate in related field.
