• Check Event forecast, manage and fill events calendar

• Planning sales activities: to concentrate in selling, conduct sales calls to introduce hotels facilities, packages, seeking business leads

• Handling paper work: Contract, Rate Offer , maintain BEO (banquet event order) for each booking, negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable

• Work with team to recheck all task need to be ready before event happen, collaborate with Chef/FBM on menu requests/ special requests, Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials

• To assist DOS in achieving monthly and year end Budget and maximizing profits by securing business

• Prepare the occupancy forecast in order to establish a correct price policy, adapted to the different potential customers (group, key accounts, agency…) and with the approval of Director of Sales

• Organize correctly and execute with success the visits to the client, review the visit reports for finally suggest corrective actions in order to achieve the goals

• Coordinate and follow up the presence of the hotel at the tourism fairs, expositions, conventions events, and promotional trips according to the program established in the marketing plan

• Vietnamese - Good level, written & spoken

• Good communication and negotiation skill

• Presentation skill

• Minimum 01 year experience in Sales, F&B Sales, Event Sales, or Guest Relations in hospitality industry
