• Analyze all guest and travel agent requirements through telephone and emails and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations

• Ensure all incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries for various hotel services and operations

• Maintains accurate room rate control and availability statuses by controlling and advising of rate restrictions and room availability

• Assist to make all room reservations and ensure maximize room revenue for all and ensure all reservation detail update on all computers within required operating procedures

• Assists with all outside sales and marketing efforts to all distribution channels including retail and wholesale travel agents, OTA’s and group sales leads

• Respond to communications from guests, travel agent and referrals networking concerning reservation arrival emails, telephone

• Manage all incoming calls for reservation and ensure response all queries and maintain professional relationship and atmosphere at all times

• Assist in booking and blocking all rooms in line with the required standards, manage any special reservations, and keep track of all bookings and promotions

• Note special billing arrangements for groups, special service and events….

• Preparing the list of expected arrival for the front office and processing advance reservation deposits 

• Providing accurate information in reporting (Cancellation/No Show Report, Arrival Report and Group Tentative Report)

• Ensure compliance to all security and safety standards on everyday basis and ensure optimal utilization of all hotel software systems and maintain knowledge on all room types and its availability

• Monitor reservation levels and inform Manager of current and future occupancy rates

• Upselling hotel all products at any time

• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary

1. Qualification and Education

• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Hospitality Management

2. Knowledge and Skills

• Vietnamese – Excellent level, written & spoken

• English – Good level, written & spoken

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Presentation skills

3. Professional Experience

• 02 years in 4–5 star hotels/resorts in the same position
