The Chef de Cuisine (Asian Cuisine) is responsible for managing the Asian kitchen operations at Nami Beach Club & Nami Restaurant, ensuring excellent food quality, consistency, cost control, food safety, and team performance while delivering outstanding dining experiences.

• Oversee daily Asian kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency according to standards.

• Develop and update menus, seasonal specials, and promotional dishes.

• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen team members.

• Control food costs, inventory, and minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Collaborate with F&B and Restaurant teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Support special events and VIP functions as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and kitchen operations.

• Experience in restaurants, beach clubs, resorts, or hospitality environments preferred.

• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
