Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst at NP Technology, we are currently seeking a candidate to join our dynamic business analysis team. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting complex projects that shape our company's future. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will lead requirements gathering efforts, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions that maximize efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Lead the process of eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across various departments. Employ your seasoned analytical skills to understand complex business needs and translate them into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Solution Design and Evaluation: Utilize your wealth of experience to design innovative and practical solutions that align with NP Technology's strategic goals. Evaluate proposed solutions' technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and scalability, providing expert insights to decision-makers.
3. Data Analysis and Insights: Apply advanced data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights from diverse data sources. Leverage data-driven insights to support evidence-based decision-making and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Documentation and Artifacts: Create detailed and comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and other project-related artifacts. Ensure that all documentation adheres to high-quality standards and facilitates seamless project execution.
5. Project Leadership: Take charge of business analysis efforts in complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts to foster their professional growth.
6. Quality Assurance and Testing Support: Collaborate with testing teams to validate test cases and ensure thorough user acceptance testing (UAT). Proactively support the resolution of defects and ensure smooth user adoption during the testing phase.
7. Change Management: Facilitate change management activities by conducting impact analysis, communicating with stakeholders, and preparing training materials. Help ensure that organizational changes are embraced and integrated smoothly.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis. Initiate process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of NP Technology's business analysis practices.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in leading business analysis efforts and managing stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to foster collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
• In-depth understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
